1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using Syntomic™ (the "Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. Product Description

Syntomic™ is a digital product consisting of a narrative engineering framework, methodology documentation, and associated materials. The Product is delivered electronically upon purchase.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Product for your own purposes. This license is perpetual ("lifetime") for the version purchased.

This license permits you to:

• Use the methodology and frameworks for your own projects
• Apply the principles in your professional work
• Store a copy on one (1) personal device only

4. Usage Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell the Product or any part of it
• Create derivative works or courses based on the Product for commercial sale
• Reproduce the Product for public distribution
• Claim authorship or ownership of the methodology
• Use the Product for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your license without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Product, including but not limited to the methodology, frameworks, documentation, and branding, remain the sole property of John Constantinescu.

The purchase of a license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. VAT/tax may be added based on your location.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Product will meet your specific requirements or produce any particular results.

Success in applying the methodology depends on individual effort, expertise, and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuestDome Srl and Syntomic™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Product
• Any errors or omissions in the Product
• Any business decisions made based on the Product

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license immediately if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and delete all copies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
